There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates
- As of March 26, 2022, Hawaii's Safe Travels Program no longer exists, meaning there are no travel restrictions or mandates for domestic USA travelers. Travelers arriving in Hawaii from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements. Consult with your airline for details.
Itinerary / Official Stops
- Nu'uanu Pali Lookout - Your first stop of the day is at one of the most scenic and historic places in all of O'ahu. Learn the story about how King Kamehameha united all of the Hawaiian Islands under one monarchy by visiting the very spot where a famous battle took place.
- Byodo-In Temple - Driving along the Ko'olau mountain range, the tour stops to discover a hidden gem tucked away from the main road. Byodo-In Temple was featured by National Geographic in "20 of the world's most beautiful Buddhist temples," noting its architectural details and awe inspiring surroundings.
- Tropical Farms - Famously known as "The Little Country Store On Your Way to the North Shore," Steve and Chrissy Paty started this as a roadside operation in 1987 and now - three decades later - it's a great place to try different local snacks and learn how to crack open some macadamia nuts as the chickens stand by watching, hungrily hoping you drop a nut or two.
- North Shore Lunch Stop - Your driver will update you on the daily menu and determine a great place for everyone to enjoy a delicious lunch before driving alongside the world famous North Shore O'ahu coastline on the way to the next adventure.
- Waimea Valley - Follow your guide on a short hike to a 45-foot waterfall where you can swim. Learn about the ancient history of Waimea Valley and why it's considered to be a very significant and religious site.
- Dole Plantation - The day ends with a drive through Haleiwa Surf Town and beautiful pineapple fields before stopping at the Dole Plantation. Don't forget to try the world famous DoleWhip frozen dessert, a perfect treat under the Hawaiian afternoon sun!

Special Schedule Details
- Tour itinerary is subject to change based on circumstances beyond control.
- Tour may be driven clockwise or counter-clockwise around the island. Driver reserves the right to alter the route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety.
Important
- Hotel pickups are ONLY available at Waikiki and Ala Moana Hotels. Please specify your hotel name when reserving.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress comfortably and have fun! High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended. Bug/insect repellant recommended.
- Bring swimwear and towel if planning on swimming at the Waimea Valley waterfall (signed liability waiver required for swimming).
- Food and beverages are not allowed aboard tour vehicles (excluding bottled water).
- Please book your tours at least 4 days before your intended tour date. This guarantees your seats will be properly reserved.
